Detailed Explanation of Glass Bottle Production Process


Simply speaking, glass bottles are produced in such a way that a mixture of various raw materials is mixed into a high-temperature kiln, melted into glass water, and then cut with scissors for a short period of time, one by one into the mold in the machine. In the air, it is blown into a fixed shape and finally annealed and cooled.
(1). Ingredients-there are more than ten kinds of raw materials for the production of glass bottles, of which the powdery materials are hardly treated, but the clinker added needs to be cleaned and removed of metal impurities, and the processed raw materials are uniformly mixed according to a certain ratio,using a feeder to put into the kiln.
(2). Melting and clarification-The raw material is gradually melted into a nearly water-like liquid in a kiln with a high temperature of about 1500 °C. A small amount of impurities gradually sink to the bottom of the kiln during the melting process, and the clarification is carried out with the addition of subsequent raw materials. Good glass water gradually flows to the channel opening;

(3). Trimming and forming-the glass water flowing into the material channel to the bowl, the temperature is slightly reduced, the density and viscosity increase, the feeder scissors cut the glass column of the fixed weight, and the different material channels are respectively injected. In the mold below, it is pressed or blown by different machines;
(4). Bonfire and quality inspection-after the molding product is gradually removed by the furnace, the temperature is slowly lowered to room temperature, after the packaging room, the quality inspection personnel remove the defective products;
(5). Finished product packaging and storage-after the genuine packaging is carried out in different ways, use forklift or manual transfer to the warehouse code, in order to prepare for loading.
